This is what I did yesterday. A bunch of good friends and I went to St. George Island, FL and Apalachicola, FL to hang out by the beach, walk around cute antique shops, and eat ice cream.
It was a beautiful day.
I woke up to this view in Claxton Bay, Trinidad and Tobago. :)

The first half of Saturday was a random trip to Panama City with my dear amigo Christie to get her hair cut at the best/coolest/funniest hairdresser ever, PAUL. We used it as an excuse to go to the beach beforehand. We couldn’t have asked for a more PERFECT day. Much needed relaxation happened. I felt renewed.
The top photo is of my pup Molly. It’s never a happy day when you have to leave your best friend in a vet office. She was caught in a dog fight this morning and forgets that she’s an old lady (10 years old) now. The bottom photo is Emma and she’s currently grieving and wondering why Molly didn’t come back home with us. :(

When I watch the sun rise, it seems hard to believe that it too will one day not be here. It feels so permanent.
I wrote directions for my new running route on my hands. This is what we did before smart phones, guys. ;)
